2022 - Future Ruins
What makes our lives meaningful? We are drawn to build things - skyscrapers, monuments, statues - hoping that they will stand forever… but do these creations make us happy? Everything physical will eventually crumble, becoming ruin and dust. What are we left with? Perhaps we should instead turn to the people around us, and look for love, emotion, and connection to find meaning.
2020 - Whitespace
In Morse Code, white space is a signal that tells the recipient to begin a new line, new paragraph, or new message. Whitespace is also a signal, and it brings its own message of newness: new understanding, new growth, and new connection.
